(or a letter confirming that it was completed)

National Criminal Background Check

(from your country of origin)

We can help you obtain the following required documents to teach in the UK:

Visa
DBS (English Police Check)
Qualification (Diploma Certificate)
Update service number (need to start DBS before UDS can be acquired)
Biometrics Card (Visa card)
Teacher Profile
HMRC Starter form

(if you reside out of the UK please complete the form and add in your National Insurance number upon arrival)

Bank statement / National Insurance sheet dated within the last 3 months

(that have been delivered to your home address)

ADDITIONALLY WE’LL NEED:

• A Copy of your driving licence ( if you have one)

• Photo (shoulder height)
